How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your account
Go to the My Account section and log in using your registered email and password. - Go to ‘Orders’
Once logged in, click on the ‘Orders’ tab to view all your recent purchases. - Select your order
Find the order you wish to track and click ‘View’ to see order details and shipping status. - Check Tracking Information
If the vendor has shipped your order, a tracking number and courier details will be displayed. Click on the tracking link to view real-time delivery updates.
Didn’t receive a tracking number?
- Some vendors may take 1–3 business days to process and ship your order.
- If your order status still shows “Processing” after a few days, please contact the vendor directly through your account.
